NWI Defense: Leadership Team

NWI Defense boasts a team of seasoned professionals with a wealth of expertise in the manufacturing sector. 

Massimo Masini is the Chief Executive Officer of NWI Defense and NWI Precision. A manufacturing engineer by training, Massimo brings more than 30 years of experience as a high-tech and aerospace operations leader. In addition to his industry leadership, Massimo serves as a Lecturer at the CSU Long Beach College of Business, where he shares real-world manufacturing and operations insights with the next generation of business and engineering leaders. Massimo is also a current operations leader at TS Conductor, where he is committed to advancing technologies that reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and enable a more sustainable energy future.

Troy Greenberg joined NWI Defense in October 2023, bringing with him 24 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Throughout his career, Troy has excelled, advancing from a CNC machinist to an Engineering Manager, with his most recent role prior to NWI Defense being Director of Operations. His never-quit attitude, combined with his engineering mindset and analytical thinking, drives innovative solutions and continuous improvements to our processes.

Reuben Davidson, Technical Director since 2022. Over the past 20 years Reuben has held leadership roles in both the public and private manufacturing sectors. Reuben began his career with NWI Defense at the Albany location in 2013 as Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor when at that time the site was one of the original 13 Triumph Group locations.

With a decade of experience in manufacturing accounting and auditing, Audrey Ronkin assumed the role of Controller at NWI Defense in 2022. A graduate of Oregon State University with a BS in Accounting (2019), Audrey is currently pursuing her CPA Certification.

Jonathon is a seasoned Quality Manager with over 15yrs of experience in Quality Management. Working extensively with AS9100 standard. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State. Joined NWI Defense in April of 2025, bringing a commitment to quality standards, continuous improvement and exceeding customer expectations.

Andy Tofflemire brings more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, machining, and engineering leadership. He has a proven record of managing complex projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. Andy’s technical expertise, combined with his certification as a Gas Turbine Field Engineer, strengthens the company’s capabilities in driving operational excellence and innovative manufacturing solutions.
